The client wanted a walk-in closet and a retreat style bathroom, all within an existing 8’x10’ bedroom.
The walk-in closet became a walk-thru flanked by wardrobes. An existing 3’ closet became a raised shower. This solution accommodated plumbing, added architectural interest, and allowed for a separate tub and shower in spite of the bathroom’s tiny footprint. Glass tile, bamboo casework, and waterproof LED lighting create a sensual hotel-inspired bathing space. |
