This study explores a broad range of development scenarios on all MassArt / MSCBA property to help both parties determine the “feasibility of leveraging the college’s real estate assets.”
We simultaneously provided MassArt and MSCBA with solid data on existing building conditions, the existing space program, and housing demands. It provides good preliminary information on space-use efficiency, projected changes in the academic program, enrollment growth, and projected space needs. |
