Dana Farber Wall Study
Boston, Massachusetts

We studied wall usage in public areas to understand how it organizes information and conveys meaning. All areas were mapped and documented.  Stakeholders were interviewed to assess views of current usage and document future needs.

Schematic designs were created in the form of collage elevations and coordinated with plan maps. The study provided a visual system that clarified the complex spatial and programmatic realities and organized the institution's artwork, promotional materials, and donor recognition needs.
