The driving force behind the design for this company’s Corporate Headquarters was environmental consciousness. All aspects of this project were governed by LEED Certification and products had to be renewable and/or locally sourced. Cork, recycled carpet, low VOC paint, air remediation systems and low energy light fixtures were used to ensure a clean work environment that had little impact on the global environment. This 70,000sf program was one of the first spaces in the country to achieve LEED Certification for commercial interiors from the US Green Building Council. |
